ANTHONY
D. MARTINO
Anthony D. Martino “Nino” grew
up in Tampa, FL and graduated from Jesuit High School in
1997. He is the son of Anthony T. Martino, Esq. Mr. Martino
earned his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration
with minors in Economics and Criminology from The University
of Florida in 2001. While at The University of Florida,
he was inducted into Florida Blue Key which is the oldest
and most prestigious leadership honorary within the state
of Florida. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2004 from
Stetson University College of Law, where he was a State
Judicial Intern for two Circuit Judges of the Thirteenth
Judicial Circuit, and prosecuted cases on behalf of the
State Attorney’s Office Hillsborough County after
being certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Certified
Legal Intern. He was licensed by the Florida Bar to practice
law in April 2005. Prior to joining the firm, he was an
associate at a well known Tampa law firm, where he participated
in the defense of civil litigation claims. In addition to
his experience conducting jury trials, Mr. Martino has argued
in front of the Second District Court of Appeal. Mr. Martino
and his wife Dr. Amy Martino live in South Tampa.
Mr. Martino was admitted to practice in
the state courts of Florida, the U.S. Federal District Courts,
and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. He is a
