Our Automobile Accident Lawyers Satisfy All Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Requirements of The Florida Bar
At the law firm of Clark & Martino, P.A. in Tampa, our automobile accident lawyers make a concerted effort to stay abreast of developments within the profession. One major way in which we do this is to satisfy all continuing legal education (CLE) requirements of The Florida Bar. In essence, CLE is school for practicing lawyers. A lawyer who is recognized as an expert in his or her field will deliver a live, in-person lecture (or taped recording) that other lawyers attend (or listen to) for credit. All CLE courses are formally approved by The Florida Bar and cover just about every legal topic imaginable. Current CLE requirements were adopted in 1998 and stipulate that every active lawyer in the state of Florida must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours over a three-year period. Five of these hours must relate to ethics, professionalism, substance abuse, or mental illness awareness.
The automobile accident lawyers at Clark & Martino, P.A. take their CLE obligations seriously. In fact, several of our lawyers have volunteered their time to teach CLE courses on timely, relevant topics to other members of the profession. Our number one priority at all times is to be well-informed, engaged, and responsive to the legal needs of our clients.
